The Financial Women’s Association (FWA) brings together high achieving professionals from every sector of the financial world. They are dedicated to developing future leaders, enhancing the role of women in finance, and investing in the community.

 

I was hired by the events company Hemming + Gilman to jump in one month prior to the FWA 2013 Annual Dinner after the unexpected departure of one of their event consultants. I created a relationship with the FWA planning committee and board members quickly, and worked diligently to show that there was no need for worry after the departure of their consultant. The group had a clear vision for their event and I worked as a liaison with the hotel, the AV company, the graphic designer, and other vendors. Day of, I was on-site lead and point of contact for vendors, members, and all attendees.
