I have 14 years of experience in events and program management, am Cvent certified and use a number of other event technology to further enhance registrant experience.

I work in Cvent daily, building websites, sending communications, and making updates to registrant profiles for nonprofit and corporate events ensuring the branding is consistent as well as an easy process for the registrant. Please feel free to request links to events I've created.

In addition to building the sites and creating complex registration processes as well as the event apps, I analyze the data gathered from these events to review trends and recommend action for various departments to improve on event recruitment and engagement with the organization. Through this analysis I have promoted higher revenue streams from registration, found $300,000 in cost-savings for my department, and started new protocols to ensure that data streams across the organization are easily accessible and can promote further positive action.

I have also created and overseen events from start to finish, including arranging speakers, building and managing budgets, as well as engage in customer service assistance with current and prospective registrants, and manage vendor relationships. These experiences assist in the event creation as I am intimately aware of the needs of various stakeholders in each event.
